International Conference of Physiological Sciences
Suzhou International Expo Center, China
November 1-4, 2012

Dear Colleagues,

It has been 3 years since we co-organized the Beijing Joint Conference of Physiological Sciences 2008 together with American Physiological Society, Australian Physiological Society, Canadian Physiological Society, and The Physiological Society. Because of the success of that conference, The Chinese Association of Physiological Sciences (CAPS) has made an initiative to organize another event of similar nature in 2012 with our international partners.

To further strengthening our interaction with physiologists of different national or regional societies, CAPS has invited various national or regional societies in physiology to sponsor 1–2 symposia bearing the name of the respective society. So far, 3 societies (1 each from Asia, Europe and North America) have agreed to host named symposia in the event. The 2012 International Conference will be held in Suzhou International Expo Center, China (November 1-4, 2012).

CAPS also aims to invite the participation of Chinese physiologists working in different regions of the world. The forthcoming Conference may well serve as another meeting point since the First International Conference of Chinese Physiological Scientists (2004; Beijing) and the Beijing Joint Conference of Physiological Sciences 2008. Chinese physiologists are invited to organize symposia that highlight the latest advances in physiological sciences. Please visit the Conference website for details. The deadline for submission of symposium is March 15, 2012.

Welcome to International Conference of Physiological Sciences 2012!

Sincerely yours,

Professor Xiaomin Wang
President of CAPS & Conference
